- 09:45 Sorry butt dragged out of bed. Yay! I live again! I feel horrid, but what else is new? #
- 10:17 @etherjammer The whole country? That's pretty cool. Countries are rich, you know. Maybe it'll give you money and you won't need a job. #
- 11:33 @fadeaccompli Buying new sounds easier. #
- 12:51 @warrenellis The glamorous, star-filled life of the famous writer... #

Been on Twitter for a couple days now, enjoying it. Have set up so twits appear here, too. Hard to say much in one hundred and forty character

RIP Me, 1965-2008

mood: dead
music: Is that... Mozart?
I died today, something that surprised no one at all who knows me. It wasn't a particularly pleasant death; I'd been having sinus problems for a few days, and was starting to get over them, but with my poor immune system, I wasn't surprised when I started choking and couldn't stop for over five minutes, by which time I was spasming and seeing nothing but stars. My door was closed because I had my humidifier on and wanted to maximize the effects, so no one heard me choking until, at long last, I went silent.
I was survived by my mother, who plans to turn my room into a display case for Precious Moments figurines.

From The Desk of Septina Nash: The Penguins of Doom
Nov. 15th, 2007 | 06:02 pm
Greg R. Fishbone is one of the heroes of Superguy. He's living the dream. He is the man.
He has, in short, managed to publish a book.
From The Desk of Septina Nash: The Penguins of Doom is a fast read at 180 pages, but a very enjoyable one. It... you know, I can't put it any better than Septina herself.
And hey, he's selling the book at cover price and signing it, via Amazon. How cool is that?

Dear Reader,It's aimed at the ten-and-up in all of us. Get it. Read it. Love it.
In order to make this book I had to escape from a mad scientist, adopt a trio of wild penguins, become an Olympic freestyle skateboarder, collect a whole bunch of empty yogurt containers, and find my missing triplet-sister. In order to enjoy it, all you have to do is read every page from start to finish. Thanks for doing your part!
Sincerely,
Septina Nash,
Main Character

Good morning. In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world, and you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of mankind. Mankind. That word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is the Fourth of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom...Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution...but from annihilation. We are fighting for our right to live. To exist. And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day the world declared in one voice: We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day!
... what?

Mom went to Italy, and all I got was a lousy t-shirt.
Actually, that's what I asked for. Well, that and a safe return. I got both. :)
She and Mike took a few pictures.
Over five hundred.
I tried to straighten this one out, but...
